Alternating Front Raises with TheraGear® Step Tube

Instruction:
Stand with feet hip-width apart and middle of tube secured under both feet. Hold the handles of tube with both hands by your hips. Lift the right arm in front of you, keeping the arm straight, wrist neutral and hand below the shoulder. Release and repeat with the left arm. For more intensity, raise both arms together, making sure you are not arching your back.
