Bent Over Rotation with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Begin with feet hip-width apart, place the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar behind the neck resting on the upper trapezius. Bend over from the hips, maintaining a neutral straight posture and spine. Contract abdominals and slowly rotate from the navel. Don't allow the upper back to round. Slowly rotate to the other side. Repeat 16 to 20 times.
