TheraGear® Body Toning Bar Plié with Front Shoulder Raise

Instruction:
Begin with feet wide, toes facing out, knees should be facing the same direction as feet. Tuck the tailbone under and grip the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar, palms facing toward the body. Engage the abdominals, and exhale lower into the plié dropping tailbone toward the floor. At the same time, slowly raise the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar to shoulder level. Hold for 2 seconds and slowly inhale return to starting position. Repeat 15 to 20 times.
