Crunch on TheraGear® Core Disk with Fitband

Instruction:
Lie face up with TheraGear® Core Disk under low back, knees bent and heels on floor. Secure a Fitband to a sturdy object behind you, holding the ends of the band in each hand. With elbows bent and hands by the ears, lift the shoulder blades off the floor. Release. To target the obliques, lift shoulder diagonally, in direction of opposite knee.
