Double Arm Tricep Extension, kneeling on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Start by standing with feet hip-width apart or sitting on Swiss Exercise Ball, or for more advanced, kneeling on a Swiss Exercise Ball. Start with the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar behind your head, gripping on with both hands, palms facing the ceiling. Keep your abdominals contracted and elbows squeezing toward head. As you exhale slowly straighten both arms, don't lock the arms. As you inhale with control lower back to starting position. Repeat 10 to 12 times.
