Dynamic Core Stance on two TheraGear® Core Disks

Instruction:
Get on your hands and knees with one TheraGear® Core Disk under your left hand and another under your right knee. Bring left knee and right elbow toward each other, then extend left leg behind you and right arm forward at a 45 degree angle. Release. Repeat other side.
