Dynamic Front Lunge with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Begin by standing with feet hip-width apart. Place the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar on shoulders behind the head resting on the upper trapezius. Contract the abdominals and take a large step forward until the front knee is in line with the second toe and the knee is directly over-top of the ankle. Keep the front knee at a 90-degree angle and lower to the floor by bending the knee. Hold for 2 seconds. Powerfully push off with the front leg back into the starting position. Repeat 20 to 30 times.
