Kneeling on Swiss Exercise Ball Side Twist Toss with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Begin by kneeling on the Swiss Exercise Ball, side by side of a partner who is mirroring you. One partner starts with a single TheraGear® Power Weight Ball in both hands, hips facing forward, arms rigid and down to the outside hip. The upper torso is slightly twisted to the same side of the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls. The partner is twisted facing the person with the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball, waiting to catch it. Tossing with the hips, twist and toss to the person awaiting the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball. The partner who catches the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball will then go through the same movement, tossing it back to the person who started the exercise. Continue the process for sets. For this exercise you can also use a Medicine Ball.
