Foam Roller - Myofacial Release - Back - Perfect after a long bike ride or a day at the computer

Instruction:
Lay on your back with the roller under your shoulder and spine.
Bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the ground.
If you like place your hands behind your neck for additional support.
Gently roll back and forth, massaging your back, feeling the muscle pain spots.
Once you find a spot, roll over it firmly until you feel the tension released.
Side Note:
Perform the exercise standing and place the roller against a wall.
