Exercise Description:
Yoga: Forward fold hands under feet stretch

Instruction:
Place both hands underneath the feet, fingertips facing towards the heels, feet are 6 inches apart, toes facing forward, head is relaxed. Tip the pelvis up towards the sky and push evenly down through both feet. Relax the head, neck and shoulders. Maintain a straight spine and keep the legs straight. Look between the knees. Remain here for 10 deep breaths.
Side Note:
This pose stretches the hamstrings. Relieves tension in the lower back. Tones the liver, spleen and kidneys. Relieves physical, emotional and mental exhaustion.
