Front Squat with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Begin with feet hip-width apart and TheraGear® Body Toning Bar resting on shoulders with arms crossing over-top. Contract the abdominals, and inhale slowly sit back into squat keeping the weight into the heels and the knees aligned with the ankles. Don't allow the chest to collapse forward and hold for 2 seconds. Exhale and slowly return to starting position. Keep the toes lifted the shoes to protect your knees. Repeat 15 to 20 times.
