Golf Swing with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball or Medicine Ball

Instruction:
Start in a standard golf starting position, as though you are holding a club. This position is sport specific, so the stance can depend upon individual preference. Keep the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls together through out the emulated movement, slowly raising them to one shoulder. Again, you are emulating a golf movement, so imagine the balls are a club. Focusing on a stable abdominal wall, swing the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls and follow through the movement, as per a golf swing. Repeat for set groupings.
