Hip-Circles and Stretched Arms with TheraGear® Fit Tubes

Instruction:
In a sitting position with legs bent and tubing wrapped around feet, lean back with arms outstretched behind you. Hold the tubing handles in each hand. Inhale, maintain neutral and lift your feet off mat. Exhale, keeping shoulders in neutral and navel to spine while circling knees to right side. Inhale with spine flexed and knees lifted as high as possible. Exhale and circle knees to left side. Reverse.
