Hip-Circles and Stretched Arms with Swiss Exercise Ball

Instruction:
In a sitting position with legs bent, lean back with arms outstretched behind you. Place a Swiss Exercise Ball between lower legs. Inhale, maintain neutral and lift your feet off mat, holding ball between calves. Exhale, keeping shoulders in neutral and navel to spine while circling knees to right side. Inhale with spine flexed and knees lifted as high as possible. Exhale and circle knees to left side. Reverse.
