Incline Triceps Overhead Extension on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro

Instruction:
This is an advanced exercise. With your feet on the floor, bend the legs until your head and shoulders are level with the top of the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro. Place the head and shoulders on the ball and lean back 45 degrees until you are resting on the ball and your knees line up over your ankles. With a dumbbell in your right hand, extend arms toward ceiling. Slowly bend at the elbow until the dumbbell is by your ear. The elbows should be pointing to the ceiling. Release, complete set and repeat on left side. To intensify, extend one leg in front of you and/or perform exercise with dumbbells in both hands.
