Kneeling Push-Up with TheraGear® Core Disk and Two Medicine Balls

Instruction:
Assume a push-up position on your knees. Place TheraGear® Core Disk under knees and a medicine ball under each hand. Align medicine balls under shoulders. Slowly bend arms, keeping elbows pointing behind you and lowering chest to medicine balls. Push up to starting position and repeat.
