Exercise Description:
Leg Abduction with Fitband

Instruction:
Securely attach one end of Fitband to an object on your left-hand side. Loop Fitband around right ankle. Stand with hands on hips. Balance on left leg and extend right leg slightly in front of you. Pull right leg away from your body, keeping the pelvis stable. Return to starting position and complete set. Repeat left side.
