Medicine Ball Crunch

Instruction:
Sit on the floor, leaning into a medicine ball (positioned in your low back). Hold a second medicine ball in both hands under your chin. Slowly perform crunches by first extending backward over the first medicine ball, then lifting forward. To intensify, extend over the first medicine ball, holding the second one with arms extended over the head. As you crunch, pull your arms forward until you are sitting upright and the ball is between your knees.
