Overhead extension with Fit Band or Fit Tube
Classification:
Triceps
Instruction:
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and the band under your feet.
Position your hands behind your neck with the elbow pointing towards the ceiling. Make sure the band is taut.
Keeping your shoulders and upper arms in a fixed position, begin straightening your arms upward until your hands are directly above you. Try to keep your elbows together throughout the motion.
Then return slowly to start position.

2 set of 12-15 reps.
