Roll-Over with TheraGear® Fit Tube

Instruction:
Lie face up on mat, arms by your sides, palms down. Securely wrap TheraGear® Fit Tube around feet, holding handles in each hand. Inhale. Exhale as you draw the navel to the spine and lift legs in air until your feet are aligned over your hips and arms are extended to the ceiling. Curve the spine slightly to balance between shoulder blades. Lift feet and hands past head, so your legs and arms are extended in same direction. Inhale as you flex the spine, exhale as you slowly roll back down.
