Roll-Up with TheraGear® Fit Tube

Instruction:
Lie face up on a mat with tubing securely wrapped around feet, holding handles in each hand and legs straight. Visualize your ribs imprinted to the floor and inhale. Draw chin toward chest as you exhale. Pull your navel toward spine and curl forward, leading with the top of your head. Arms are extended in front of you, then to the sides and, finally, behind you at the end of the movement. Inhale as you curl and exhale as you slowly lower down.
