Prone kneeling with hip and knee extension

Instruction:
Kneel on your hands and knees, Therastick positioned under your hands. Keep spine neutral. Engage the core then extend one leg out behind so it is parallel to the floor.
Side Note:
Repeat 8-15 times then alternate legs.
