Push-Ups with TheraGear® Medicine Ball and Balance Board

Instruction:
In a push-up position place a medicine ball under each hand and balance board under toes. Align hands under shoulders. Slowly lower chest toward floor, then push up to starting position. This is an advanced exercise. For more intensity, turn the balance board lengthwise and/or lift one leg in the air as you perform the push-ups.
