Rear-Delt Raises Kneeling on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro

Instruction:
This is a very advanced exercise. Kneel on top of the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro, a dumbbell in each hand. Extend arms to floor, palms facing in. Raise arms to sides until the hands reach shoulder height. Release and repeat.
