Exercise Description:
Seated Opposition Balance drill on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Sitting on a Swiss Exercise Ball, keep a neutral spine, one leg supporting. Place a TheraGear® Power Weight Ball on the opposite foot, keeping that leg elevated off the ground. Place a TheraGear® Power Weight Ball on the arm opposite the elevated leg, and extend it forward from the shoulder. Simultaneously extend the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball on the foot from the knee and move the arm with the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball from the front to the side (in the same plane of movement). Return to start, repeat for sets. When done, switch the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls to the opposite side and repeat the exercise. If doing this exercise, try first without a TheraGear® Power Weight Ball in the hand.
