Single Arm /Single Leg Reverse Fly with TheraGear® Exercise Ball & TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Bending from the hip, lengthen the body into a bentover position. Keeping abdominals pulled in and a neutral spine, place one hand on the Swiss Exercise Ball while the other arm is extended to the side holding the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball. One leg is supporting the body while the other is extended behind, level with the hip. Holding position, bring the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball underneath and across the body, then return to shoulder level, squeezing the scapula at the end of the movement. To make this movement more advanced, use two TheraGear® Power Weight Balls.
