Shoulder Circles with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Begin with both feet hip width apart, knees slightly bent. Maintain a long, neutral spine, abdominal pulled in through the navel. Arms start extended down to the side. Keeping the arms rigid, slowly circle the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls in a clockwise manner, keeping the arms parallel throughout. Repeat for set, and then switch to counter-clockwise rotations.
