Exercise Description:
External Shoulder Rotation with a Fit Tube

Instruction:
Stand on the Fit Tube with your feet shoulder width apart. Make sure the Fit Tube is centered.
With your arms directly at your sides and a slight bend at the elbows, slowly pivot your forearms away from your waist. Avoid squeezing your shoulder blades together. Your elbow must remain in the same position.
Continue until you feel a comfortable stretch in your shoulders. Don’t pivot your forearm beyond your comfort range.
Then return to start position.
