Exercise Description:
This exercise will work your lower back muscles and abductor.
Classification:
Lower Back, Abductor
Instruction:
1. Lie down on your side and hold the ball between your ankles
2. Support your head with your arm
3. Place the other arm straight in front of you for support
4. Slowly lift the ball up and off the floor.
5. Hold the ball in the air for a few seconds, then slowly lower the ball back to the floor.
6. Maintain control of the ball by continuing to squeeze.
Side Note:
Repeat 12-15 times
