Exercise Description:
Side Plank using Theragear® Core Disc works abdominal core, core stabilization and obliques.

Instruction:
Start on your side and press up with your arm. Place both feet on the disc. Form a bridge maintaining a straight line from your hand to your foot. Rest on your elbow to increase the difficulty.
Lift top leg and hold for 15-30 seconds or as long as you can.

Repeat 8 to 15 times
