Sitting Hamstring Stretch with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Begin by sitting on the floor with the legs stretched out in front. Place the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar under the soles of the feet gripping onto the bar, palms facing toward the floor. Inhale lift the spine and exhale slowly bend forward from the hips. If the hamstrings are really tight, bend the knees to release the lower back. If the hamstrings are more flexible, straighten the legs. Do not allow the back to round as you go deeper into the stretch. Hold for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
