Exercise Description:
Squat with Theragear® Core Disk & Body Toning Bar works core stabilization, glutes and triceps.

Instruction:
Stand on the Theragear® Core Disc with a shoulder width stance and place the body toning bar behind your neck. Squat down to 90 degrees (or less) of knee flexion. Push straight up with arms and legs.
