Standing Lateral Stretch with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Start with feet hip-width apart and grip onto the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar with one hand. Slowly extend the other arm to the side keeping the arm straight and the hips and shoulders square. Keep the knees soft and the top arm stretching to the side. Don't allow the chest to collapse forward. Hold for 45 seconds to a minute.
