Exercise Description:
Standing Torso Twist with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Classification:
Shoulders, Upper Body

Instruction:
Start in a standing position, feet hip width apart, and knees slightly soft. The arms are extended forward from the shoulder, palms and TheraGear® Power Weight Balls together. Keeping the hips facing forward and the arms rigid, twist at the waist, turning the shoulders to one side. The balls should still be shoulder level, but facing the side. Return to the start, and repeat the other direction. Repeat for sets.
