Seated Shoulder Press with Swiss Exercise Ball and TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Start by sitting on the Swiss Exercise Ball, knees and feet hip-width apart, back is neutral and the spine and posture are straight. Inhale pull the navel into the spine; exhale push TheraGear® Body Toning Bar over the head, keeping the abdominals contracted.
Inhale return to starting position.
