Supine Slide on TheraGear® Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Start from a ball bridge position, body weight centralized to the top of the shoulder blades while the hips shoulders and knees are maintained in parallel alignment. Keep the knee directly above the heel. TheraGear® Power Weight Balls extended to the side, slide your body over the ball, until most of your body weight is resting on the shoulder only. Both extended arms are even with the shoulder throughout the movement. Reverse the movement, and repeat so that the opposite shoulder then carries the weight. Keep a slow controlled pace throughout the exercise.
