Supine Twist on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Start from a ball bridge position lying face up on the Sisel Exercise Ball, body weight centralized to the middle of the shoulder blades while the hips shoulders and knees are maintained in parallel alignment. Keep the knee directly above the heel. The head is suspended, while keeping the neck in neutral alignment. The arms are rigid with a slight bend at the elbow, and extended above the chest, directly over the sternum. Keeping the upper torso rigid, twist the arms over to one side so that movement ends with one shoulder on the exercise ball. Reverse the action to the other side. Consider yourself moving on an axis, so do your best to prevent side to side sway, and your hips twisting equally with the upper torso.
