Supine Bridge Calf Raises on Swiss Exercise Ball

Instruction:
Lie face up with feet on the floor, the head and shoulders on a Swiss Exercise Ball and hands on hips. Contract the abs and glutes to raise the hips until the head, hips and knees are in line. The knees should be lined up over the ankles. Slowly lift the heels off the floor, hold and release.
