Instruction:
Sit with your knees bent and your feet on the ground and hold an exercise ball in front of you.
Twist to your left and set the ball behind your back, then twist to the right to pick it up again. Bring the ball to your left and set it down again.
Repeat to finish the set, then do a set in the opposite direction.

3 Sets of 10 reps each side
