Exercise Description:
V-Sit and Row with TheraGear® Fit Tube (secured with TheraGear® Door-Attachment)

Instruction:
Attach TheraGear® Fit Tube securely overhead. Sit slightly away from tubing, holding handles in each hand. Lean back until the upper body is at a 45 degree angle. Make sure your abdominals are contracted and your back does not arch or round excessively. Extend arms at a 45 degree angle in front of body. Pull the elbows back, squeezing the shoulder blades together. Release. For more intensity, perform exercise while sitting on a TheraGear® Core Disk.
