Instruction:
Start by lying onto the stomach facing down, place the hands behind the shoulders, palms flat, open the legs to the side. Inhale and push down through the hands, lift the chest up towards the sky, roll the shoulders back and down and look up. Relax the legs, then the buttocks and don't allow the lower back to collapse down. Pull the navel in towards the spine and lift the pelvic floor muscles, drop the shoulders away from the ears and push firmly down through all fingers, thumbs and palms. Make sure the hands are behind the shoulders. Hold this pose for 5 to 10 deep breaths.

Stimulates thyroid, kidneys and adrenal. Improves elimination, digestion. Increases strength and flexibility of the spine, shoulders arms and back. Increases the flexibility of the chest. Increases the mobility and flexibility of the lumbar, thoracic and cervical vertebrae.
