This relaxing stretch on the ball targets all the muscles of the body. Open up your hips, chest and back while building balance and stability.

Instruction:
• Lie on your back on the exercise ball.
• Stretch by extending your arms and legs fully.
• This exercise stretches your abdominal muscles as well as your chest muscles.


Side Note:
Try to stretch 3 times a day and hold 60 seconds
