Beginner Stationary Lunge with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Place the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar in front of you upright with one hand supporting yourself. Step back with the opposite leg so that front leg is at a 90-degree angle. Inhale slowly lower down to the floor contracting abdominal muscles and inhale pushing straight up back to starting position. Keep your front toes up in your shoes to protect your knees during this exercise. Repeat 10 to 12 times each side.
