Dead Lift with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Begin with feet hip-width apart gripping onto TheraGear® Body Toning Bar, palms are facing toward the body. Contract the abdominals, and inhale bend over from the hips with a flat back bringing the bar toward the floor until you can no longer keep a neutral lumbar curve in your back. Keep the abdominals contracted, and exhale slowly with a flat back return to the starting position. Repeat 15 to 20 times.
