Front Squat Shoulder Press with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar

Instruction:
Begin with feet hip-width apart gripping onto the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar, palms facing away from the body at shoulder level. Contract the abdominals, and inhale slowly sit back into the squat, into the heels with the knees aligned with ankles. Don't allow the chest to collapse forward. Hold for 2 seconds. Exhale and slowly return to the starting position pushing TheraGear® Body Toning Bar over-head until arms are straight but not locked. Don't allow back to arch. Repeat 15 to 20 times.
