Lunge on the Theragear® Core Disk with Medicine Ball works Core, Hamstrings, Back, Calves, Glutes, Legs and Quads

Instruction:
tep forward with one leg on the Theragear Core Disc, and bend at the knee to 90 degrees.
Hold the medicine ball at chest level and rotate the opposite shoulder towards the planted leg. Then rotate to the opposite site. Control the movements so the shoulders are square.
