Lunge Crossover with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Starting from a stationary lunge position (split squat), keep the arms extended to the front of the body, grasping onto the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls. Bending through the back knee, flex into the lunge, while crossing the arms to the hip of the forward leg. Arms remain rigid throughout the movement. Return to the starting position. Be sure that the forward knee stays above the forward heel continually, and try to twist on an axis rather than bent the torso in the arm crossover. Complete for both sides.
