Oblique Crunches with Medicine Ball on TheraGear® Exercise Ball

Instruction:
Lie face up on the TheraGear® exercise ball. Place your feet on the floor, knees bent and aligned over ankles. Holding a medicine ball in both hands, drape over the ball so your back is supported by it. Bend your arms and extend them behind you. Slowly raise your upper and mid back off the ball and turn to your right so you are in an oblique curl position. At the same time, bring the medicine ball to your right thigh. Release and repeat left side.
