Spine Twist with TheraGear® Core Disk

Instruction:
Sit on TheraGear® Core Disk with legs extended in front of you. Extend arms to sides at shoulder height. Inhale in neutral position and exhale as you turn torso to right side. Visualize drawing ribcage to opposite hip while maintaining neutral pelvis. Continue to rotate neck to right until you are focused on right hand. Inhale. Exhale and return to starting position. Repeat other side.
