Plank with Extreme Balance Board

Instruction:
Face the floor and place hands at opposite ends of a Extreme Balance Board as if you were about to do a push-up. With your legs extended behind you, toes on the floor, slowly raise one leg until your foot is a little higher than your hips. Hold, release and repeat other leg.
